Preparation:
In a bowl beat the milk, eggs, sugar, lemon and cinnamon.
When it’s all well mixed add the chopped brioches in small pieces. Once it’s all mixed together, put it all into a flat clay pot (greixonera) and put in the oven in the bain-marie at 175ºC for 50 minutes
For 8-10 people
9 eggs.
The grated rind of 1 lemon.
6 rolls of sweet bread (brioche).
1 l. de leche.
250 g.of sugar.
1 c.1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
