Cala Mesquida is a small tourist and residential resort that features an impressive beach of white sand against a backcloth of spectacular dunes and ancient pine forests, an incomparable location declared an ANEI (Natural Area of Special Interest) in 1991.The right-hand edge of the beach is totally unspoilt while on the left there is a large hotel complex. The beach has a section for nudists and manages to achieve the balance between peace, comfort and leisure attractions.

This is one of the favourite spots for people who enjoy nature and sport. Apart from a wide range of aquatic activities, from Cala Mesquida you can undertake trips to numerous other bays, with good opportunities for hiking, biking and horse riding. The tracks connecting Cala Mesquida and Cala Agulla are highly recommended, as well as the paths to the unspoilt bays of Cala Torta and Cala Mitjana. Another recommended trip is to Capdepera, just 6 km away; the town grew up in the shadow of its Castle and is surrounded by historic remains that date back to the early Stone Age.The holiday choices provided by Cala Mesquida make sure there is plenty for all tastes and preferences.
