Traditional local preparation
Another equally valid and very flavourful option are the island’s typical sausages, such as sobrasada or camaiot, liqueurs such as hierbas (sweet, dry or semi mixed) and palo, wines with the Balearic denomination of origin or typical sweets such as ensaimadas, so as to leave the Island with a pleasant taste until the next time you visit.
ENSAÏMADA
The international most famous sweet pastry. Transported in a special box, they must be ordered one or two days in advance.
EMBUTIDOS
Sobrasada – paprika sausage, camaiot – black pudding can be found in supermarkets and markets.
WINES AND LIQUEURS
Quality local wines, hierbas, palo – herbal liqueurs.

It is located in supermarkets and weekly markets.
