This beautiful sandy area between low rocky places and mounds of thyme, lentisc, small palms and some pine trees comes from a short sea inlet that finishes on a system of dunes.
The accessibility by car is easy following the signs on a sinuous, steep and badly preserved road. The car can be left for free in the surroundings. It is possible to reach this beach by bicycle from Cala Ratjada, Canyamel, Font de sa Cala: 22 kilometres and in Cala Mesquida you have to take a mountain track with red points, located next to a souvenir shop, that leads to this virgin sandy area. You can also walk from Cala Mesquida, and Cala Ratjada. The beach is very crowded by local visitors and tourists and nudism is allowed.
