Es Carregador is situated at five kilometres from Cala Ratjada and located on the opposite of Punta na Baixa and in front of the sea inlet which leads to the cove of n’Aguait.
This piece of coast is formed by four coves with coarse gravel and some sand, hidden behind a barrier of tamarisks that reach the coastline with rocks and seaweed of greenish and bluish colours.
These coves are also used as landing ramps for small boats. You will pass some small fishers houses and some old holiday houses, built some decades ago.
From es Carregador you can start a short walk until the port of Cala Ratjada. It is a distance of more or less eight kilometres return along the coast.
