Capdepera – Son Servera
The inland route almost lets us forget that we are on an island, until we reach the summit of the mountain Puig de Son Corp and can enjoy the spectacular view out over the bay. On rural by-ways and stretches of the old railway bed, the Via Verde, we wander between the towns in the extreme eastern part of Mallorca: Capdepera, Artá and Son Servera.
A steep and narrow path leads us up to the top of Puig de Son Corp. From there we take the technically most challenging and enjoyable descent on this route. It is quite a steep track, a bit difficult in places and concentration is required, especially where the path becomes very narrow.
